Mobile Device Access

We do not collect or store the content or videos created by the user with the App. The user may share or upload the content created or videos on related or unrelated apps, social media, or other networks or platforms, exclusively under their own risk and responsibility. You agree at your sole risk that Actify shall not have any liability for sharing with third parties the content or videos that you create; that Actify is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with an efficient and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
